I totally agree, Im not a nuthugger but he gained my respect. I cant believe he focuses on going to the body, I am so impressed with that especially being a heavy that is unheard of at this time. It's craziness.

        We know he can punch
        We know he can box
But can he take a punch?

I think if he keeps active and fights the way he fought against Diaz, then he will be a possible champ and I dont think any of the champions possess that much power, Klitschko probably hits the hardest but Klitschko knocks people out with punch volume.

He has a great possibility of beating Byrd, easily!

Peter has a bright future if his chin holds up and doesnt change that mentality of constantly working the body.

Very impressive, Jab to the head power shots to the body perfect method!

        No complaints!

Only time will tell if he really is.....at this moment in time, he's just one of the million emerging prospects in the boxing horizon.

I am not sold on Vitali's power. He has moderatley heavy hands (not quite as heavy as Foreman's or Shavers') but his punches lack that explosive snap and he frequently throws shots with only his shoulder behind them. Wlad is the harder hitter and the better technician. Vitali posseses the better instincts, stamina, and chin.

Neither brother hits as hard as David Tua.

Mercer had a granite chin...the jury is still out on Peters beard. If he can take a punch like Ray then he'll certainly be a force in the division.

(laughs long and hard) Samuel Peter may be the next Ray Mercer, but don't dare compare him to a legend like Foreman. How ridiculous!

Indeed, I agree with this whole heartedly.
