Gary Russell Jr, by far the busier fighter, has faced weaker opposition than Vasyl Lomachenko. Both land high percentage of their power shots. Russell's much busier with the jab. Russell's opponents (Tamayo, Ruiz, Gusev) , blinded by his speed and combo punching landed just 25% of their power punches. Lomachenko's opponents (Salido, Ramirez), landed 25% of their power punches

Numbers are crazy. Russel throws more and lands more, but Loma has the better averages. I'm going with the numbers. It's hard to bet on averages.
