Frampton, although he is almost a champion but I just wanted to mention him as he will be a future star!

A proper prospect top 5 now:

Anthony Joshua is just so damn exciting for the division

Luke Campbell has the pedigree and looks to be built solid, could move up in weight well

Omar Figueroa is exciting, young and in a good division where he can make a splash

Kazuto Ioka, dunno what to make him, suffered his first lost and has already held a world title but only 25 I think he has been moved along a bit too fast, maybe now they can take time with him

    Vasyl Lomachenko, see above

I watched Iokas fight against felix Alvarado on NYE and he looked very good. Didn't see his loss after but you're right there's tons of time for him to come again

there's a long tradition of fighters in the lower divisions, especially those from Japan to jump up to a higher level far too quick, they should take their time with him. I'm not saying fight bums but have some good, solid match ups before they try and hit the jackpot cos this kid is talented.

BTW is 2-1 Lomachenko, WBO titlist, considered a prospect? lol

I don't consider him a prospect anymore. I think he proved he is the real deal last night.

yeah, was a bit of a light hearted question, just incredible, 3 fights and a world titlist...not a champion considering he won a vacant belt against a guy who hadn't faced much credible opposition.

I'll be more impressed if he avenges that Salido loss and fights a fellow belt holder.

                    i haven't seen a can't miss prospect in a while now. it's a bit scary.

the kids coming up in america aren't anything to write home about.

can you imagine if sugar ray leonard turned pro today? do you think i'd ever shut up about him ?

personall,y i stop calling oguys prospects when they get turned loose. lomachenko and russle jr are not prospects at all to me.

joshua is a real talent. i want to see what happens when he fights somebody that will hit him back and make him go rounds. he's only gone 9 rounds total

hopefully matt skelton's dead body will give him rounds.
