I understand that, but I wasn't talking about drawing power. I was talking about their in ring performance against Mayweather. Guerrero won more rounds than Canelo did.

I saw a video in which Ruben was asked what he thought about Keith Thurman and Ruben went crazy claiming he had never heard of him and Keith Thurman was a country singer. Needless to say Ruben made a complete ass of him self.

Seems pretty clear. Fight didn't happen because Showtime can't afford to pay Guerrero's asking price. It's plain and straightforward.

Question then becomes, what exactly is the amount that would make it affordable for Showtime, or any network for that matter, and make such fight happen?

Sadly in boxing, is not how good you are, or how well you fared vs Floyd, is how much you sell. Guerrero doesn't draw a quarter of what canelo does, therefore canelo can ask for big purses.
