Well, he has a good chin, a lot of power, and can force people to brawl. Devon might have a hard time trying to keep this guy off as he doesn't seem to have the power to knock him out and Soto Karass will just keep coming all night.

That's the only argument I can think of for Soto Karass. It's probably not enough to argue for a win but it's definitely enough to make it at least challenging.
