Those outcomes are the names given to the different sequences of scoring for 3 judges, you can't predict those, or at least, you're not being asked to.

I never understand people will who say "I have x fighter winning by SD", you think one fighter or the other won, you can't score an SD, it takes 3 judges to score one.

I don't get why people thought Russell was going to outbox Lomachenko before hand. No one is going to outbox this guy. It's going to take a guy like Salido to beat him. Bigger guy who uses a lot of dirty tactics to neutralize his superior boxing abilities.
