Someone needs to help him, can't his former promoter Arum do something?

This guy is an admitted alcoholic. What a waste of talent.

Exacty. No way he should have retired at 30 yrs, arguably the absolute pinnacle for a pro fighter (except for heavies who usually have their prime a few years later).

This man should be fighting today, instead he's going through courts for alcohol related offenses. Get this man back into rehab whoever are his closest loved ones.

I'm not surprised though. Back when he got out of rehab, he seemed like he was in denial. A couple of writers said the same thing.
Yeah man I miss Pavlik, the artical reminded me hes only 32! Such a waste.
                Get it together Kelly.

I remember when he was atop of the boxing world after his win over Jermaine Taylor - now he's a down-and-out drunk

He could be pulling down six figure paydays if he could get his act together

Damn that sucks. I wish Kelly could get it together. He still has time.

                    He was legit...He could punch,take a punch,good stamina,long arms,etc

I am a big fan of Kelly and, I think he needs boxing more than ever.

Bummed to hear about this. I was a big fan of his when he was fighting. The way he destroyed Eddison Miranda and Jermain Taylor was legendary! He definitely had some magic back then and it's a shame to see that he's struggling with alcohol.
