Lomechenko will own this guy. I've never seen a more hyped resume than "GARY RUSSELL JR", it's border line comical!! Who is he? When? and Where does he fight?

How exactly is his resume "Hyped"... no one is hyping thus man's resume, if anything every major or intelligent fan thinks it's crap but how can you argue and say Lomo has a better pro resume with 2 pro fights. I'm sorry but 2 pro fights doesn't look any better than 25 tomato cans.

The man's hype is behind his speed, skills and his above average power. Is it going to withstand against a stronger foe, which many will be quick to change lomo's quality if he loses.

I'm one of the few who believe Russell has this in the bag and might win big by KO!!!

Personally I'd rather see this than watch a pro have 25 pro fights padding his record with tomato cans before he fights anyone with a pulse. At least Loma is daring to make a statement right out of the gate.

Funny considering many fighter in the past and present have padded their beginning of their career to gain experience and learn their best techniques. Lomo is what I call another great white hope and I'm a Mexican White boy.

Isnt this what the amateurs are for? When a fighter turns pro he should act like one instead of waiting for his 25th pro fight to fight someone decent. I can understand fighting soft touches with different styles for your first 10 fights but there's guys who wait 5yrs before stepping up to the plate despite the fact that they have hundreds of amateur fights. This is why Loma will be a peoples champ. Out the gate he wants tough fights.
