Abregu is VERY underrated. He knocks PAC out IMHO.

Not really...best fight i've seen him look good in was against Dulorme....he beat that other guy pretty well on the Martinez undercard, don't know who he was though.

He's coming of a years layoff and hand surgery and didn't look that good off his comeback fight. He's not having an HBO fight (unless he has one August like he was talking about before).

At this point, they're just making a throwaway fight because they know a decent fight wouldn't do well in Macau on American PPV and the 2-3 other PPV's before it

Well yeah, given those options this is a terrible choice. But Marquez doesn't want a 5th fight and everyone else is Haymon.

So your choices are Abregu, Algeiri, Bradley 3 (which is too soon), Alvarado, or whoever else Top Rank has.

If Kell Brook beats Shawn Porter he may be in the picture if Top Rank will do business with Eddie Hearn.
