Is it just me, or is Russell vs Loma one of the most important fights of the year?

I think it is. Really, it's one of those "what does each guy really have?" kind of fights. FINALLY, GRJ is not in against TBA and Loma gets to face a top-level boxer instead of a brawler.

The Salido fight spoke really well for Lomachenko's potential. He lost basically out of fear of gassing and inability to handle a rough pro allowed to foul at will. Those are flaws easily corrected through experience.

Win or lose tonight, he could end up being really good in the future.
