    Alex Ariza fired again!

Anybody knows what is the real reason behind Robert Garcia's decision to fire Alex Ariza? Garcia reiterated that Ariza has done nothing but good for the team, they made them formidable and complete. Despite that, why fire him then? There must be something going on here..

I haven't seen an official/real reason as of yet, but he seems to irk people just by being himself.

For a fitness coach he really does get talked a lot. Yes, he is exceptional at his job, but really he is a fitness coach.

        Is Team Khan accepting resumes?

I think Ariza tries to get to involve in coaching the fighters. which I can see Freddy and Robert not liking all that much. He just seems like a guy you can easily get into it with is all I'm saying.

Ariza is known to overstep his bounds, he is just a strength conditioning coach yet he tries to be something else, he should know his role in camp and do what he is there to do not give advice to Roberts fighters on things other than boxing like the business side of the sport.

Ariza never learned his lesson, nobody will touch him in boxing and if they do they are ****** this guys name is trash, especially after he kicked Freddie Roach.

How many camps has he been kicked out of?

First he was kicked out of the Diego Corrales camp, than Erik Morales kicked him out and tired to sue him because Ariza gave him some supplements that messed with his liver, Ariza disappeared from boxing for a few years until one of his friends introduced him to Roach and Roach gave him a second chance you would think Ariza would forever be grateful to Roach because if it wasn't for Roach allowed Ariza to train Pacquiao, Ariza would be a nobody still working as a stuntman for Mexican TV shows.

Following camps that have kicked Ariza out:

              Corrales
              Morales
              Roach and Pacquiao
              Khan
              Chavez Jr
              and Team Garcia

probably his ego again. ariza is terrific at what he does but still manages to overvalue himself greatly. he thinks he knows it all, which as far as boxing goes is far from the case. yet he wants to be in charge of everything, you dont see other fitness coaches talking over the head trainers voice between rounds or trying to alter the fighters strategy in camp. with the exception of ariza of course. until he learns how to stay in his place and not step on peoples toes this will be the story of his career, real shame because he really is great at preparing fighters physically.

I just realized something... Ariza was giving Floyd's team mad props in the es news videos. Perhaps it has something to do with his perceived loyalty to the team.
