IMO he's the best champion level fighter who hasn't won a actual title. It's crazy, considering how easy titles are given out these days.

Technically, that belt shoulda been Danny's before that. Lol Khan should have gotten both his belts back after the Peterson steroid situation. And we all know what Danny did to Khan. So technically, Herrera right now should be the WBC WBA and IBF Jr. Welterweight champion.
