I watched his fight with Ustinov, who is slow but a big puncher and weighs over 21st. He got every ounce of that 21st into one big right hand that caught Pulev flush, coming in. Pulev's legs dipped momentarily but he recovered in an instant and carried on fighting as though nothing had happened.
I know the reference to a warm up with Wilder is a joke, and I get it. But seriously, after seeing Pulev take that shot from Ustinov I honestly think he could walk right through Wilder's hardest punches without any problem at all.
Wlad will win this one on points, IMO, and it will be his toughest fight for a long time.
Great post green k sent, nice to see someone commenting who has actaully seen him fight.

Too many dudes off of the continent commenting who haven't a clue who Pulev actually is til he face TigerThompson, let them stick to slurping on Wilder's .....

Agreed, Pulev is the real deal I'm not taking this one lightly it could be a 50/50 fight If Wladimir gets ****** and goes looking for the KO, best option would be to look where Tony had some success and build a gameplan around that, obviously fighting from the outside is going to be the plan but this is Pulevs getting out party to prove to everyone how good he is...

Dangerous fight, Stiverne got the easier option.

Yeh Wilder would have been a decent opponent but I would have preferred to see him against a durable heavyweight who'd have given Kubrat rounds.Wilder isn't in the same league as Pulev,at this stage.

Pulev will lose but it's right he gets the bout. I hope he stays active if he loses, Povetkin v Pulev is a great fight.

I don't believe that Pulev has the power to worry Wlad. And lets all hope that Eddie Cotton is the ref. I think it should be mandatory that he is the ref in all of Wlad's fights.

Ok Pulev is a special fighter, but has he ever fight someone as special as Klitschko?

If I were Pulev, I would psychologically prepare for the first one-two combo that would eventually land on my face...

Pulev is an easier fight for Povetkin thant for Klitschko if you talk about styles.
