IBF welterweight champion Shawn Porter (24-0-1, 15KOs) is very excited to face mandatory challenger Kell Brook (32-0, 22KOs) on a date in early August, reportedly as the main event of a Showtime televised tripleheader from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

This will be Porter's second defense of the title after knocking out former two division champion Paulie Malignaggi on April 19th at the DC Armory.
