    Cotto/Pacquiao rematch

I was reading a thread here about Roger Mayweather talking trash regarding Cotto being able to whoop Pac. I know it's just your typical Mayweather family trash talk, but...

I don't know. I'd love to see a Cotto-Pacquiao rematch, but too many things hindering it:

    1. Weight issue: Pacquiao would try to drain Cotto to at least 150. Cotto now has more leverage, and won't take the CW bait.

    2. Same trainer: Roach would go to Manny's corner, Cotto left without his new favorite trainer.

I think this new version of Cotto could convincingly beat Pacquiao. Pacquiao can't even dominate Bradley, was planked by Marquez who was beaten by Bradley. Their fight is light years in the past, and a weight-drained and trainer-less Cotto even gave Manny problems in the beginning, busting up his ear drum and giving him all sorts of problems before starting to eat Pacquiao bombs. Pac even admitted he was one of the hardest punchers he ever faced and one of the more difficult fights in the early rounds.

I don't think this fight will ever happen. I think it's obvious that Cotto will face Canelo, then Mayweather or vice-versa, then retire. But it sure would be interesting.

It was competitive for 3 rounds than Cotto got on his bike.
This rematch @ 154.1 would be similar

They both have bigger fish to fry. I myself wouldn't want these two to waste one of their last fights destroying each other.
