Ive seen a few and its great. I think its by far, the next best thing to being at the fight itself. However, I will say that you have to call your theater and make sure that they are showing it in "surround sound". I saw my 1st PPV with it and it was great. The next time I came and that theater only had the sound coming from the front speakers and it was a totally different experince for me.

Its like they felt that since it wasnt a movie, they didnt have to use all the speakers. I hated it and it bothered me all night. If they use the regular surround sound then its awesome. A huge screen, everyone is into the fight and talking smack. Its great. People complain about not having alcohol but either just get drunk before or sneak it in your girl's purse.......lol

I did it for the first time for the Floyd-Maidana fight and me and a buddy had a great time. Only cost $20 and it was well worth it. No alcohol but I had about 3 Mt Dew slushies, popcorn, and some other foods that are horrible for you but I can't wait for the next Floyd fight to do it again.

Question for you other guys... Where are you at? I'd love to see every big fight this way but my theater only does it for Floyd. Why? Because I'm in Grand Rapids. Maybe the only venue heavily rooting for Floyd?

Oh, not sure how bad you screw over the ppv people. My neighbor is manager of a large sports bar in the area and I asked why they don't show ppv boxing. He told me it's too expensive. They have to pay to show the fight based on a full seating capacity and even with a cover charge they didn't think it'd be worth it. He might be right. Even the Floyd fight in the theater was probably 1/3 to 1/4 full. I called around and nobody was showing Cotto-Martinez. I though BW3's might but the lady told me they never do boxing, only the occasional MMA event. I want to watch the Canelo fight but I'm not paying $70.

Some sports bars show the fights to. You just need to search online for those sports bars.
