The fight last night with Provo has me thinking...GGG is somewhat a victim of his own success. Everyone says he hasn't fought anyone while simultaneously ignoring that most credible fighters view him as high risk low reward so Its hard for him to get a credible opponent until now. That being said, a lot of people still think the verdict is out on whether GGG is truly a P4P fighter. I actually think Geale is a more credible fight than Chavez Jr. (Although probably not as exciting). Personally I think what makes GGG dangerous is that he developed strong fundamentals from his amateur background that Provo doesn't have which would make it hard for someone to outbox him besides Maybe ward at 168. I'm not trolling, I seriously want to hear you guys opinion.

Is it Possible for GGG to be outboxed by Geale the same way Provo was?

You answered it towards the end of your paragraph. Golovkin is more skilled than Provodnikov and more polished. He cuts the ring off very well but unlike Ruslan he works behind a good jab. Ruslan didn't use a jab on the way in and ate a lot of unnecessary punches. GGG also hits harder than Ruslan and gets really good leverage into his body punches. I'm interested in GGG stamina though. Can Geale make it to the 9-12 and make GGG dig deep?
Ruslan also didn't work in the clinch like he should've. GGG won't let Geale off the hook like that.
Geale is going down.

Well GGG is a much better boxer then Provo..but anything is possible in boxing. GGG does have his flaws just like every other boxer and Geale can box but neither have beaten an elite boxer or a top Middleweight so this is proving grounds for both

Geale isnt the long lanky boxer that algieri is at 140... and GGG is a better fighter than ruslan..
I think geale will be competitive but will eventually be stopped late.. Geale has a high workrate style and will give ggg chances to drop bombs.. i see ggg winning by tko in the 10th

Are Provodnikov and GGG the same kind of fighter?
Does GGG spend more time following his opponent than throwing punches?
On Provodnikov; I've been saying it for awhile..

He spent way too much time walking in instead of punching in and he didn't go to Alvarado's body often enough or early enough. He also didn't shoot the uppercut when Alvarado would repetitively bend forward. He just kept mechanically throwing those bolo hooks.. That fight could have been over in a few rounds. Surprising Provo is a wildcard fighter.. He has so many things to work on still.
