WTF does he need to go up to 147 for when he just won a Title 140 and lets be honest 140 is up for grabs, he could probably out-box a lot most of the Top 140 guys who all struggle with Boxers and guys that Come Move and be A Little SLICK! For a Huge Payday against Pacquiao or somebody like that it would be worth going up to 147 but not for Bradley
