Algieri won a controversial split decision. Now dude thinks he can call out Pac???

What happened to proving yourself and earning the big money fights?

Damn Chris, go out and perfect your craft, beat more quality opponents and then go out and call out whoever you want. One win, don't mean diddly squat. IMHO, Provo deserves a rematch.

I understand, Boxing is a business and every fighter should make the most money as quick as possible...BUT...that line to fight Pac and FMJ is pretty damn long.

Rematch on the Pac/? undercard in Nov? It will get both fighters some deserved exposure, put both under the bright lights of a PPV event and motivate both like no other. Fight will be in Macau, so no "homecooking" excuses. Take the judges out of the decision-making process and knock the other guy out!

    Anybody with me on this???

Hindsight is 20/20. Before the fight, I thought Manny v ruslan made sense if ruslan won.

I taped fight and haven't watched it yet. Since algieri won it would be better imo if he got the fight next and not ruslan. Winning should matter.

Algieri will end up like zahir raheem-on the outside looking in at someone else fight Manny because of his style and the fact he doesn't have a huge fanbase.

this is what Arum wanted.....Roach's snake ass was probably in on it as well.....Provo should still be the champ but Pac needed an opponent.....Provo vs Pac was NOT going to happen.... Roach helped bring the work across the border so his main man can eat lol
