Ruslan vs Floyd in Sep?

If you haven't seen it, Ruslan just tweeted Floyd saying "possibly for September?"

Assuming Ruslan gets passed tonight, I wouldn't mind seeing it. And why shouldn't it be a go? Ruslan isn't with Top Rank nor Goldenboy, Floyd doesn't have anyone to fight, Floyd can use Ruslan's promoter (since neither Bob or Oscar won't get a piece of his pie) to co-promote with his Mayweather promotions, Ruslan has that "hype" that Floyd likes to fight, and lastly, casual fans enjoy Ruslan, so why shouldn't this happen in September?

Provodnikov looks like he hits just as hard as Maidana (or harder) and he sticks to his guns instead of doing that weird hammerfist stuff. I think Floyd pulls off a decision by fighting very defensively (go figure) but it woud be a dangerous fight and not a cherry pick.

Lets see how Ruslan looks tonight. He greatly improves his odds of that big payday if he blows this guy out of the water/highlight reel KO.
