There are lots of Promoters that can do his fights ,you just don't hear about them. Don King use to promote fights with high hopes of gaining masses sales without a lot of money on hand. Somebody going to take a stab at it. It will get done.

He may not be fighting in September at all. Last year they announced the Canelo fight at the end of May. We are well in to June and no announcements or anyone talking about it. I think with the recent changes at Golden Boy Floyd may sit September out.
