Vyacheslav Glazkov returns Aug 9 on NBC Sports

No opponent is yet officially signed.

Hopefully they'll find a willing contender.

Even someone like Travis Kauffman would be okay.

Makes sense, both guys are "NBC" fighters. Not too thrilled about Glazzy fighting Cunningham. Steve Cunningham is a great guy but he's not going anywhere at hw. He's just too small, lacks power and is chinny. Glazkov would be much better suited against a 'true hw' that will further his career

The more boxing we get on NBCSports, the better. I will take it!

Good for cunningham. I find it odd Stevens is fighting in Las Vegas the 16th instead of here..... Unless he's in HBO or showtime

Glazkov on a senior tour. He seems to fight only past their prime veterans. Adamek and Cunningham are both 38. I would like to see him face a natural, in his prime heavyweight.

NBCsports shows a lot of heavyweight bouts. Too bad they don't show boxing more often.

Main Events just replied to my question "Will Glazkov's opponent be Steve Cunningham?"

              They replied "no".

Good he needs someone like Carlos Takam a step forward against another upcoming contender to get into the title picture like Jennings and Perez are doing.

That'd be an interesting fight... doubt it happens though

Takam and Luis Ortiz are the only guys who fit that description who aren't occupied with a fight already. Ortiz is based out of the US too.
