I haven't seen the Cotto -Martinez fight yet. I'll see it for free on HBO this weekend. It's possible Marquez could ko Martinez with his accurate powerful punches but Martinez is the naturally bigger man by at least 20 pounds and Marquez seems to be slowing down. If Martinez has anything left I think he might beet Marquez because he used to be so good and he is so much bigger.

How can it be a "huge action fight" with Martinez in it? Martinez is disabled. He cannot walk properly. He should not fight again. Minimumweight fighters would beat him right now.

He has some crazy power now, he is launching guys across the ring and icing guys with short counters. I think he can put Sergio out cold.

Doubt it. He did KO Pac but I still think he would box more against Sergio rather then rely on power shots. JMM is more of a boxing technician than a power puncher.

No point for Cotto to take that fight. He would need to cut down 4 more pounds, there are bigger fights at a higher weight (no cutting), he wont get credit for beating an old JMM.
