You guys are ridiculous...Tim Bradley made about 6 million to fight Manny..what did Maidana get for Floyd 1.5? Tim will continue to get a huge minimum purse regardless of his opponent.
Chavez was offered 6.5 for a GGG fight..that's a good purse for a bum like him. Of course Arum wanted future fights from him, he's not in the business of making stars of guys then letting them run and hide behind Al Haymon and duck all the big fights (Stevenson and HBO).
Hey Floyd fans, stop worrying about the business side of the sport and root for the big fights to get made. You don't get any piece of the PPV money, nor are you part of "TMT" so stop with the insanity.

I agree that Bradley's wife was probably Arum's idea and he liked it because Bradley's wife falls under the Chavez Jr., Michale Koncz category of people he can take advantage of or make inside deals with to screw the boxer. But Bradley's deal was not bad at all. Bradley got $6 million to fight Pac, if he would have won he'd be a star. He would never make that much at GBP for one fight. Maidana made $1.5 mil fighting Mayweather lol. Plus right now, with the GBP split...Bradley might have been stuck on GBP without anyone to fight if all the fighters are with Haymon and not GBP. So it turned out well for Bradley...he's only under contract until mid 2015 I believe... he'll have 1 or 2 more fights at the most under Top Rank, then that Schaefer-GBP-Haymon situation will be worked out and we'll know what's what...and he can leave Top Rank.

Floyd fans don't root for big fights...instead of rooting for big fights...they just sit online all day and make posts telling us how..Floyd would beat such and such guy he won't fight... or Andre Ward will beat this such and such guy he never fights..etc... they'd rather post about how their favorite fighters would win fights rather than actually wanting to see the fights...

Wasn't he supposed to get $10m for that rematch? Plus, I think the real concern is long-term, not just the next fight. Chavez Jr. would've got paid handsomely for GGG as well.

Not only do Floyd fans root for the big fights, we've been watching them. Floyd vs. Oscar was a HUGE fight. Floyd vs. Hatton was a big fight. Floyd vs. Shane was a big fight. Floyd vs. Cotto was a big fight. Floyd vs. Canelo was a HUGE fight. The ones not rooting for the big fights are the ones rooting for Pacquiao vs. Rios. The same ones rooting for Pacquiao vs. Danny Garcia.

Chavez is enough of a cash cow to play this this way, and I wish him the best. At least he's smart enough to tell Arum no. I wish Pac was.

Is it Andre Ward's fault that Chavez Jr. and GGG don't want to fight him? They were cool fighting each other at 168, but neither wanted to fight Andre Ward at 168. Why is the blame NOT on GGG and Chavez Jr.? It is the same as blaming Floyd for Manny NOT wanting testing, Arum NOT wanting to fight in May because he needed a stadium, etc. You guys seem to be blaming the wrong people.

Bradley a top p4p fighter, top rank having no new foes to feed him (reason why they had him beating Manny in their first fight) wife if she knew better could have negotiated instead of accepted. Cameron Dunkin would have gotten him more, but oh well.. not sure how floyd's name got dragged into this? Manny should havs atleast got his promo company as a co promoter on his fights (hope koncsz is doing that for him at least)
