My only downside to criticizing Ward is i have to co-sign with racist people on the board who don`t criticize GGG for Cherrypicking because GGG is white, but they criticise Ward for Cherrypicking.
I don't really get the comparisons between Ward and GGG.

Ward inactive and promoter problems - GGG very active.
Ward has cleaned out his division - GGG hasn't.
Ward is unwilling to travel - GGG isn't.
Ward is unwilling to move weight class - GGG is (for certain fights)

I can understand people saying that neither are fighting who they ought to be, mostly because others dont want to fight them. But in my opinion GGG is trying a lot harder than Ward to make good fights. I mean Ward sits in Oakland, won't budge from 168 trying to tell the world what he's entitled to, I'm not surprised evryone is telling him to f*** off.

Oh, you'll respond by saying, "Well, GGG isn't the one saying he can't get fights!" but isn't GGG also the one saying he'll fight anyone from 154lbs-175lbs? Let's be real here. Andre Ward is looking to make the most of his reign at 168lbs. He's said before that once he moves up to 175lbs he'll be a full blown LHW and he'd have no plans on moving back down. And for some of you that don't get his question, "After I beat Kovalev then what?!" let me explain since people on this forum are such idiots.. Andre Ward is saying that once he beats the fighter that everyone see's as the king of the LHW division (which he's not) then who else does he have left to fight? You guys won't be asking him to fight anyone at that point. So since he knows that fight will always be there, why not make the most financially at 168lbs and then when he moves up to 175lbs the Kovalev fight will be even bigger. Most of you guys don't get that Boxing is a BUSINESS! Ward NEVER once said he wouldn't fight Sergey.. but then all you guys say is he's ducking. Once he beats Kovalev you guys will complain that he was limited, flat footed, had no head movement, etc.. there's always something. Boxing fans are such idiots sometimes lol.. smh..
ur the idiot. Wht would ggg move up? He wants to clean the 160 division. Whereas ward has already done that at 168 so why wouldn't he move up? All ward is doung is just *****ing and acting like he's a ppv draw. Which he obviously isn't and wont even fight outside of cali

Who got Ward $3mm to fight La Bomba on HBO?

        • he doesn't want to move up because he likes to clinch and wrestle. he can do that with supermiddleweights and middleweights moving up or weightdrained light heavys as he's a strong guy. but if he has to move up in weight and fight a bigger stronger guy like kovalev he wont be able to clinch and wrestle him around the ring.

it's so obvious why he doesn't want to move up if you just look at his style. he NEEDS to be the stronger guy.

          • Guys, cmon, you have to use BURNER logic:

How is beating Kovalev a better win than beating Froch?

Froch is a much better fighter than Kovalev.
Froch has accomplished more in the sport than Kovalev ever will.
Kovalev resumes isnt even on the same planet as Froch.

What has Kovalev ever done to be considered a good win? Speak broken english and knock out nobodies? And this is from a guy who enjoys watching him fight and anticipates his next scrap. But lets be serious here for a minute.

Cmon NSB get your shyt together.

              Correct.

Andre should hang around super middleweight for a while longer. Business is about to pick up and all roads lead to him, no one can claim they are the best as long as he is around. Not without beating him first.

You are a complete idiot and full of sh.t. I am black and a Mayweather fan. I think Andre Ward is an idiot for several reasons. First, he should simply finish his contract with Goosen-Tutor and then move on. He is trying to sue Goosen, but then complains because Goosen is not getting him any fights. Duh! Traditionally, when fighters sue promoters, the promoter does nothing for them until the legal problems are resolved. Ward thinks he has the right to sue his promoter while the promoter continues to try to work on his behalf.

Second, Ward hired James Prince as his manager. Prince has proven that he is a failure as a manager. There is a reason why Mayweather got rid of him as his manager and hired Al Haymon.

Third, Ward refuses to compromise on anything. He won't leave California to fight and refuses to move up, down or fight at a catchweight. If his name were Floyd Mayweather, he could get away with this. However, Ward is just a wannabe just like most other fighters and he has to do whatever is necessary to get the big fights, including agreeing to fight in England, move up to 175 to fight Kovalev, Pascal or whoever or fight at a catchweight.

Acting like a Diva has caused his to lose millions of dollars and miss out on the prime fighting and money earning years of his career.

                • When did it become a law of nature that you can't go up in weight for a fight and then come back down in weight?

Oh I get it everyone must come either down or up in weight to fight him, to fight Andre 'Money' Ward, wait a minute that doesn't work, what nickname starts with a W? Something that rhymes with banker?

                    • Seems to me Ward doesn't have ballz to move up to 175lbs or he would be there after winning at 168lbs! It's pretty simple and right in front who the hell moves backwards in weight, C. Dawson?

GGG is a middleweight in weight and height its very obvious to me.
There are few fellows at 160 now than ever so he's caught without competition he may have to go to 168 just to earn!!!!

Cotto wants the money (Mayweather) and if I were his advisor that's were you go. If not than Canelo is a draw because of the Mexican vs Puerto Rico fans to help support the match.

GGG is not a good match for Cotto, Cotto plays into GGG and I doubt they could out draw a Canelo bout. Plus Cotto gets stopped against GGG and why take that at this stage when theres more money and winnable match ups.
Cotto is in the drivers seat, he's in a better position now than even Mayweather.
