    Cotto vs Froch

Cotto seems to have many possibilities at the moment. A rematch with Trout to avenge that loss (no thanks), a rematch if Floyd (since Floyd doesn't really have anyone to fight), GGG, Canelo (always has that in the backpocket if he ever loses), but how about Cotto make more history and go up 8 more pounds and try to take a belt at 168.

Huge money, fight can be in either Vegas or New York, or even the UK. Cotto can make more history and have a better chance with getting another strap against an aging Froch while avoiding the real 168 champ Ward. If Cotto doesn't win, he always has a fight with Canelo

Who knows, maybe Froch underestimates smaller Cotto, goes to try to knock him out, only to get caught like Ricky Hatton when he tried to bully the smaller Pacquiao

Look I like Cotto and he is a WARRIOR..but he would get brutually Ko'd by Froch. Cotto walks around at 158 lbs man. Cotto has never weighed more than 155 for a fight. It would be 13 lbs which is huge and Froch would be about 180 lbs for the night of the fight vs Cotto at 156lbs. C'mon man.

only fights that matter are GGG, who is the uncrowed mw king and a canelo fight. maybe even a floyd fight if floyd wants another strap in another division. those are really the only one i see happening, canelo, floyd, or ggg in that order.

froch? he might as well fight ward at that point. froch would likely decimate him.

Why do you hate Miguel Cotto so much, OP? You really want him to get Grove'd.

I'm the biggest Cotto fan in here, so ill admit it, Cotto gets whooped by Froch, the guy is 6' 1" and like 30 pounds bigger with like 8" of reach advantage.

Cotto is barely a JMW and you want him to face the top dog at 168? Lets hbe realistic.

Cotto is either rematching Floyd, or fighting Canelo. Bradley is a maybe if Cotto wants a soft touch.

This is completely unrealistic. I'm not even gonna answer.

Don't they say a great little guy beats a good big guy. What if Cotto can get to 165 and Froch is 180, that's 15 pounds. Didn't Pacquiao fight at 150 against Margarito who was 165 and whoop him badly?

Cotto just barely made it to MW. Right now Froch is too heavy for Cotto to make weight unless they do a catchweight (which everyone loves).
