So how much money did Arum have to borrow from HBO? My estimate would be in the $10,000 to $20,000 range because anybody who knows boxing knows Pacquiao he only fights for chump change, while TBE signs for quarter billions

I find it interesting because Top Rank needed help to resign Pac, which gives the indication that Pac may have signed else where if HBO didnt toss in the extra funds.
