Floyd had an off night, plain and simple he fell in love with a groupie gold digger who was playing him, he was obviously very hurt that it ended the guy was on the radio pouring his heart out 24 hours before the fight. I would love to watch Floyd stomp Cotto again, he'll beat the **** out of Maidana if they fight again same with Canelo. Any one campaigning at 147-154 gets tossed. Yes Floyd should have fought Martinez but not the version of Martinez from this Saturday the one from two years ago but life goes on. Don't bring up GGG he needs to move up and weight and fight guys his size it's plenty fights for him at higher weights, however if Floyd fight Cotto at 160 and wins he needs to fight GGG plain and simple.

Floyd will never fight Golovkin even at 154. He fight for money not for legacy and there will never be enough money for him to consider Golovkin.

Best we can hope for now is Roach getting Cotto to believe he can beat Golovkin. Otherwise Golovkin might as well go to 168. No one will fight him at 160.

Martinez had pride. He would have fought Golovkin eventually if his body could have handled it. Cotto also has pride and wants to challenge himself, he might consider it. The other guys at 160, Murray, Sturm, Quillin, it just waste of time to wait for them.
