I know you love manny but try and make some kind of rational point. Hopkins wasn't too big for tito, he was too good and a far superior boxer. ODH wasn't too big for tito he was faster and a better boxer.

Floyd is a far superior boxer than tito could ever hope to be and tito is surely a great, great fighter.

I wouldn't say BHop was the superior boxer to Tito. He was more tougher and smarter in the ring though.

The people on here picking Floyd are fanboys. They have no idea who Tito really was, then. Floyd's defense can only get him so far. He gets away with it, mainly because of who he fights. he's a great fighter but he's no ATG. People look at the Hopkin's fight as some kind measuring tool, not realizing the fact that Hopkin's was TOO BIG for Tito. Middleweight was too BIG for Tito. His power was special at 147/154lbs. Not many would go 12 with him, especially today.

Trinidad most likely would've been Corrales'd. He needs combos and a good jab, Trinidad was pretty predictable. Especially if a good boxer like Oba Carr can give him a ton of problems.

For Tito to even get this fight...he would have to leave Don King...take USADA and only USADA testing...fight at the MGM in Vegas...wear pillows for gloves...fight in a huge WWE ring...take a flat flee not a percentage of the revenue....plus more... in other words...this fight would never have happened in Tito's prime...

Floyd would have definitely have fought the post-Hopkins Trinidad though, but Trinidad would have had to come down from Middleweight and make 152 pounds...
