Cotto's acne isn't as severe as JMM's, it appears to be the result of poor personal hygiene as opposed to PED induced hormonal imbalances. I know guys with identical acne spots on their backs and foreheads who I'm absolutely, positively sure aren't taking PEDs.

i agree. marquez out of nowhere developed a Ton of acne at age 40.

I guess I am using PED's since I have acne in my back, still get blemishes in my ugly face and I am 32 years old.
