If Cotto would beat a prime GGG i would be shocked a lot more then i was when he beat Martinez. I would betall my points on GGG if this fight ever happens.

I know you GGG fans want a defining win for GGG but him him fighting Cotto would be pathetic on his part,Cotto isn't dumb he's going to vacate the title he came on the scales at 155 ffs
Cotto is fighting in the same division as GGG.

Cotto is The Ring champion now, and GGG is The Ring #1 contender.

Of course the champion should fight the #1 contender.

probably all the people that were saying that maravilla was ducking GGG now will say that cotto is to small to fight him and is unfair. but he is the lineal champion right now, isn't he? this only shows you that cotto went after martinez because of his age, injuries and inactivity, no glory, a calculated risk, that's all.

Cotto is the best fighter Martinez has ever shared a ring with and it cant be argued. Golovkin who I love to watch fight has not fought a fighter HALF as good as Cotto.

Cotto undresses him and boxes him silly. GGG size and power is the only thing that keeps it somewhat close. Cotto wins 7 or 8 rounds.
Martinez got beat down because he was old and shot. Keep pretending that wasn't the reason, though, we all know you want to hype Cotto because you think Mayweather's fighting him next.

            Yes.

Since Cotto is linear champion at middleweight, he should fight his #1 contender Gennady Golovkin.

Cotto wins, he fights GGG when he no longer has any knees.

i picked cotto to win by UD. i also picked cotto to win by TKO when everyone was picking martinez.

i think cotto is just more proven and with roach by his side i think he'll have the best game plan.

Cotto Outboxes GGG. No KO here but again who in the hell has GGG fought? People are making the same mistake they made when watching sergio before the Cotto fight, Martinez faced a bunch of brits with no resumes, and looked awesome doing it. But he never faced a Boxer/Puncher with a intense left hook like Cotto

This fight doesn't happen because it does not sell. Cotto will either fight Mayweather at 160 or Canelo at 154.

You guys are very delusional, Cotto is all about making money at this stage in his career and he has earned it, because he has made history and stamped his way to the Hall.

cotto has been seriously hurt in every division he has ever been in.

GGG would kill cotto. your pick of a cotto decision just reinforces my confidence in that pick.
