Cotto vs Canelo next

Neither Canelo nor GGG have done anything to deserve that shot or money. GGG is the closest for sure power and entertainment value, but still has no standing to get in the ring with Cotto. NOW LISTEN BEFORE YOU RESPOND....I'm not saying they are trash, just unproven, and GGG is the only one that is slightly impressive and would be fun to watch....neither can box like Cotto tho, no doubt about that....but there's always the punchers chance

If the Cotto from last night shows up, I dunno...I'd make it a toss up fight. Cotto might actually be able to hurt him based on the power he displayed last night.

Cotto would be a mess. People need to quit acting like GGG's power isn't SERIOUS.

I like Cotto, but this is just an awful match up. He won't be able to back GGG up, and he doesn't protect his head well enough. Even if he does have his guard up GGG punches right through that so it basically doesn't matter.


Pretty sure this is just Roach popping off again and this fight will never happen and shouldn't be considered

I have no problem agreeing with the power, but dude hasn't had to "box"....EVER....he has a punchers chance....not the ability to box anyone or control the ring with boxing....sure, if he catches someone like he has against inferior opponents, he can LOOK like he is cotrolling the ring...but at that point against his competition he's just bullying....he's not cotrolling

Boxing fans tend to do this (not all) but look at when Froch beat George Groves, I heard people saying and read comments with people saying that Carl Froch would easily beat Andre Ward!

Basically beating Groves translates into someone beating one of the best SMW apparently lol.
