Has any fighter you liked ever lost because they were matched against a better guy, or because they weren't quite as good as you thought they were ?
You also need to get over how impressed you were with guys earlier in their careers.
You seem to put more stock into raw talent than you do experience & maturity. Who cares how good a fighter looked back when he was mowing down subpar opp. ?
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to jabsRstiff again.
no kidding. ive said this many times over, but juy juy is full of bull**** excuses, and is unable to admit that he is wrong
There is going to be a Skelton rematch, and then we will see whos the better, IMO Skelton WON THAT FIGHT, but judges gave it to danny, If skelton won it, it was better for boxing too!, Even the commentators had Skelton winning.
"Seven foot two is way above anything we are used to fighting," Williams admitted.
"I watched him against Larry Donald and I felt he was quite a good boxer, but he was well beatable. To me it looked as if he lost that fight, so I don't think he's anything special and I think I'm more than capable of beating him."
Williams criticised the refereeing in his fight with Skelton - who has a background in martial arts - saying the official had failed to take control.
"He was headbutting, he broke my back about three times. He was breaking the law all the time, but the referee let him get away with it," he said.
