Cong**** to Cotto, I was horribly wrong in my prediction. However, from the vibe I'm getting is that Martinez looked horrible (due to age and injuries), I was afraid that would be the case. Haven't seen the fight yet.

I've just never seen a lineal champ quit on the stool to a fighter whos never fought at that weight before and whos best division was 2 divisions below

Why are you so obsessed with artificial weight class numbers? If both sides agree, then catch weights shouldn't matter...these weight classes are just artificial numbers drawn up in the sand...

I'm more concerned with seeing good fights rather than worrying about fighters adhering to artificial weight class limits.
