His knees were NOT a problem until he got rocked. Yes, he has knee problems, I get it....I blew out my ACL and meniscus in college while playing basketball, so I know knee problems, and from what I understand, he only had it scoped.....that doesn't mean it wasn't 100% to start the fight, but if Martinez would have popped Cotto right off the bat like he got hit....knee would have been a non issue....when you get hit hard and knocked down repeatedly, you put more weight on that leg because of fatigue and plain shear will to stand up....you are no longer light on your feet. So yes, the knee became a problem AFTER Martinez got rocked several times, non issue otherwise....sorry, you come to the ring with a weakness and allow yourself to get rocked? guess what happens, you get knocked out...bottom line.

First...that fat pig comment was hilarious...lol...I kinda liked it....second, I never said he beat a healthy Martiniez. Read it again, I said the knee would have been a non issue if he came out and did what he was "supposed" to do....he didn't, he got what he was "supposed" to give, therefore, he couldn't stand like he would have if he came out like he "should" have. First of all, cong**** to Cotto. I seriously only gave him about a 10% chance of winning, and that 10% was reserved if Martinez was completely shot. Now I'm going to watch the fight, and see just how shot Martinez is. There is no way he was in in 2010 form, because Cotto would not be able to handle that Martinez.

I have a feeling I'm going to cringe watching this fight.

Not even close. He fought the MiddleWeight champion for the belt he's legit. Pac fought a Welterweight for the Jr Middleweight belt which was promptly declared vacant after the match
