I think Bob sets the whole thing up, secures the venue, does the TV advertisements, etc. All the undercard fighters are TR except a couple of Cotto fighters I'd imagine.

Yeah, I think it's like Mayweather. He's really a free agent who does one fight deals with a promoter, yet he has his own promotions company probably without a license.

Boxing is like the Hip Hop world. Everybody has their own record label! But Cotto Promotions or wwhatever it's called isn't big enough to handle a fight of this magnitude. That's where "co-promoter" Top Rank comes in. Same deal with TMT and Golden Boy (up till now). I'm sure these little promotional companies can put on little local non TV cards and such, but that's about it.

Cotto doesnt promote himself. He's a FA which means he's free to go with whoever, fight by fight but right now he's picking TR for the most part. He has his own promotion company like Floyd has Mayweather promotions or whatever but its just small time stuff.
