Funny all these 'experts' picking Cotto. We'll find out soon enough I guess, but to me the factor none of them brought up is Sergio's resolve. Here's a guy who, whether he's 100% healthy or much less than that, he always bears down and toughs it out. I doubt the knee will blow out, and obviously if it does he's toast... but Cotto has trouble with speed and size, and he's been known to tire in the late rounds. But yeah, I'm cranked and ready for a great fight tonight.

Interesting picks here. Would be awesome if Cotto somehow pulls it off but I don't share this same level of optimism. Cotto has the style to trouble a fighter like Martinez. Unfortunately when it comes to his punch resistance and overall durability I think he's going to have a serious serious problem. I'm sure he can give, I'm not at all sure he can take.

Cotto is my favorite fighter, and if he wins, I'll explode. I just have some serious doubts. I've never liked this fight for him.

The only real shot I give him is if Sergio's knee is gone, and that's not comforting because it may very well hold up. I have no doubt Sergio can hurt Cotto. Outside of a great body shot, I question if Cotto can hurt Martinez who's taken shots from full sized middleweights.

I hope I'm wrong, and I'm supporting Miguel through thick and thin. This fight though, quite frankly, scares the shit out of me. They make weight classes for a reason, and we may see exactly why tonight.
