C'mon, you're better than that. barely tried? Sergio outclassed him the entire fight until he got fancy and Julio caught him good. But Julio was practically a CW on fight night. Do you think Cotto hits harder than Julio? I know Roach said that but Im not buying it... any trainer would say that even if it wasn't true.

That cruiserweight didnt let his hands go for 11 rounds and when he finally let them go he almost KO Martinez.

There is a difference between "not letting your hands go" and "not being able to time a guy". Sergio was too slick until he got fancy and Julio made him pay dearly. I agree that Cotto is on another level of Julio. But then you have to make up for all the intangibles. Sergio is elite also. And he also enjoys the advantage in height, reach, speed, power, chin, and accustomed to the weight. Its gonna be interesting to see how Cotto's left hook is gonna impact this fight... If he is packing dynamite tonight then he has a chance... If Sergio walks thru it, he is in trouble.. Can't wait bro... Should be a good fight

How do you almost get KO'ed, and that CW has better power, better stamina and about the same head movement as this Cotto.

            11 rounds to 1, don't forget that.

LMAO if you are bragging about Chavez landing two shots in 12 rounds of boxing then you must really think Cotto beat Floyd with one jab that thumped his face. Chavez got beat from pillar to post, to the tune of damn near requiring reconstructive surgery. Since when is that brag worthy? I really see a ton of hypocrisy going on here...Cotto the best fighter Sergio has faced? Those who followed Paul Williams would clearly disagree...same paul williams that beat Lara!!!

hahahahha I laugh at some of you cotto haters... Lara got robbed in that Paul Williams fight. Chavez is the type of fighter that he likes to set his feet before he throws... Since he was losing the fight on the score cards, instead of waiting to set his feet, he just started throwing and caught martinez. Pavlik, no head movement or feet movement, was battling a staph infection and addiction prior to the martinez fight, Paul williams was a good fighter, but didn't use his reach to his advantage and barely had any defense (thats why he lost to Quintana).

                  Only utter morons...

....compare the power shot of Chavez after getting beat to death for 11 rounds to the power this little Rican. Come on guys. Seriously. Puerto Rican fans are like Chicago Cub fans... loyal with every beat down. That can be a good thing but the fans don't do the fighting.

If you are betting based on the notion that Sergio's knees will give out, then that is your only hope. But beating a paraplegic is not a worthy win. But that's OK. Sergio will hit this little Plantain so much he will distort his features. If you think Pac beat this guy to death wait until Sergio connects. You will see survival mode. Night night Plantain head.

Let's see, you think Danny "BEAT TO DEATH BY A MEXICAN IN HIS LAST FIGHT" Garcia is the next Rican warrior. I say Broner could kick his ass. As for Cotto. Ha. Say 20 hail Mary's and the Rosary for the next 8 hours.
