I didn't expect this from a guy like PWill. He's as honest as they come, but I have a hard time believing he honestly believes Cotto wins easily. I thought Williams and Martinez were cool with each other, with Martinez even inviting him to the Chavez fight, but I have to wonder... Is he saying this out of spite/bitterness?

I've seen countless times where Cotto let off the pressure, and became the counter puncher/boxer.

I don't think Cotto's gonna pressure anyone in this fight. Sergio's a REAL MW. I don't understand why people keep forgetting this. And he punches REALLY REALLY fast and HARD.

He might pressure for the first 45 seconds in round 1, then quickly abandon that strategy.

Did anyone see how was gettin rag dolled along the ropes in the first round. He got stopped cause he was attacking with desperation not the other way around. Anyhow I always respect was Paul has to say. It should be an interesting night tommorrow. Cant wait!!!!

Why is Cotto so disrespected on this site? Williams knows how good Cotto is. Put it this way , people are giving Cotto a shot despite the size difference, if Cotto was the bigger fighter people would be fearing for Sergios health. Cotto is only a half step behind Floyd and Manny as the best around 140-154 . And that's only down to poor training for most his career IMO . And I'm not saying Freddie Roach is some god-like trainer, it's nothing to do with that. I watched Cotto degenerate form a beautiful boxer puncher to a plodding stalker who was in love with his power , this was his downfall.

Even Sergio said it on 24/7 , Cotto is a living legend. Him at 147 would blast anyone today. Including current versions of Pac and Floyd

Why are you acting like Sergio isn't an absolute monster that's naturally bigger than him? For all intensive purposes, he's fighting a better, faster, and harder hitting Austin Trout @ a weight class higher than where he fought Trout.

Are we really acting like if Sergio didn't have questionable knees, Cotto wouldn't touch this fight with a 30 foot pole?
