Former WBO 130-pound champion, Roman 'Rocky' Martinez (27-2-2, 16KOs), said he hopes to return to the ring in August after undergoing medical examinations and coming up fine.
Martinez had to cancel his last bout a couple of months ago because he felt weak in the final stage of his training camp and it was speculated that he may have been suffering from low blood sugar. He was due to face Ray Beltran on the Pacquiao-Bradley II undercard in April.
