Though Arum is right about him and Don King being able to work together. If that's the case, then this long cold war could have been Schaefer's doing. If he was intimidated of the old man, he probably decided just not work with him and beat him at his own game...which was bad for boxing. My point is that Arum cannot be trusted ... Period! History has proven this time after time, after time. I've loss count how many times ODLH and Arum had falling outs in the past. And right now, as a consequence of what's happened over at GBP ... Arum is sitting pretty.

You're the one who made a suggestion ("I didn't expect you to actually do it") that this was somehow all Arum's idea.

DLH and Arum had a common enemy in Schaefer who's now gone from GBP, although perhaps not boxing, and will still to be dealt with.

Haymon is in some ways an enemy to both, as well, although DLH/GBP is in the situation of still having to work with him.

But to think that DLH is going into this blindly seems a bit simple.
