Ain't that the pot calling the kettle black.

Though Arum is right about him and Don King being able to work together. If that's the case, then this long cold war could have been Schaefer's doing. If he was intimidated of the old man, he probably decided just not work with him and beat him at his own game...which was bad for boxing. Schaefer was probably just waiting for Arum to kick the bucket, so he can take the old man's place.

What is going to be shocking for some is when Arum gets another hair up his azz and tells ODLH, "I was just kidding" I didn't expect you to actually do it. Or even worst, Arum might just state to ODLH that we'll only collaborate when it fits into my plans and not before.

The damage is done on GBP's end, they have to rebuild. Arum loses nothing and doesn't stand to lose in this whole GBP mess or during any collaborations.

Arum holds a royal flush over ODLH's four aces, and now calls the shots bilaterally.

Yeah, because the reason for the DLH/Schaefer split was a Bob Arum whim.

You let what I wrote fly over your head dude!

My point is that Arum cannot be trusted ... Period! History has proven this time after time, after time. I've loss count how many times ODLH and Arum had falling outs in the past. And right now, as a consequence of what's happened over at GBP ... Arum is sitting pretty.

You're the one who made a suggestion ("I didn't expect you to actually do it") that this was somehow all Arum's idea.

DLH and Arum had a common enemy in Schaefer who's now gone from GBP, although perhaps not boxing, and will still to be dealt with.

Haymon is in some ways an enemy to both, as well, although DLH/GBP is in the situation of still having to work with him.

But to think that DLH is going into this blindly seems a bit simple.

It is funny. We all like to make fun of Arum, but when the smoke clears, he always seems to be the most wily and smartest one of all of them. GBP built a ship so big they could no longer keep afloat, while Arum went about his business and waited them out like he knew it was going to happen. He even predicted it.

GBP is going to get weighed down more now from litigation via contractual law, and Arum is going to keep sailing.

You and Don King got along? Don't you mean you got along with Don Kings ***ish financer Henry (Hank) Schwartz??

You can tell Arum thinks he's won. He's talking all the ****, and Shaeffer isn't in the public eye to fight back. It'll be funny when he sees GB has nothing to offer him.

The Fan: "You and Don King got along? Don't you mean you got along with Don Kings ***ish financer Henry (Hank) Schwartz??"

You're like an anti-***ish troll, every single thread. Tell us more about the illuminati while you close all your windows so "the man" can't spy on you.
