Froch would have demolished Lacy ... Lacy had poor boxing technique and an even worst ring IQ. There is no way Lacy would have had the mental fortitude to handle a determined Froch for more than seven rounds.

Style wise this fight favors Froch, Lacy boxing level is not elite and his inside game is no where near the level Froch's is.

Lacy is not hard to find and does not counter punch on the inside, instead he will let Froch bully him and rip him with power shots in a tailor made fight for Froch. Lacy just covers up on the inside and his lack of making adjustments with his deficient boxing ability will show early and often in the fight. Froch is just levels above Lacy and will showcase him winning by tko/ko in a very one sided fight.

Froch stops him, he's just better in every department.
