Is there any speculation as to what Al Haymon has planned?

I mean, he's signing all these fighters! I've heard a few rumors that he and Richard Shaffer will team up as a promo company, but would that mean that they would not let their fighters fight GBP or TR fighters!?!? What's the latest news? I hate being left in the dark! lol

Sam Watson and his sons will launch a promo company and that will be the vehicle for Haymon's stable of fighters.

Nah, I'm jk. I'm sure Haymon's in the background cooking something up though.

he's in the background waiting for the smoke between gbp and richard to settle....

he won't play his cards too early, a smart boy that he is....

also, he may NOT be of the really adventurous skin to stray away from his bread and butter of playing on the outside looking in only...he may not be really predispose to put his money on the line as real promoters do...

Most of the fighters hired Haymon as an adviser and they are under contract to fight for Golden Boy so if they fight it must be with Golden Boy until their contract expires. There is nothing Haymon can do about that. I can't think of any reason Haymon would not want the fighters he advises not to fight for Golden Boy. They are not Haymon's fighters and he can't tell them what to do or who to fight. He works for them as an advisor so he can only give them advice unless I missed something.

Sorry, part of that came out wrong. What I wanted to say was I can't think of a reason why Haymon would not want the fighters he advises to fight for Golden Boy.

I thought of something. Haymon never wanted to work with arum cuz neither of them wanted to split anything. Let's say he does take his fighters to another promotion or with mays promo, would it be possible that he would let oscar do business with arum but continue to do the something as he's doing now. Using gbp as a showcase for his fighters. Maybe he'll only work with oscar on a fight by fight bases or whenever he needs to. I'm sure Hammond thought of all the risks involved and he not burning bridges with oscar. But them again he hasn't been afraid of burning bridges with ppl before. All this speculation is killing me. I wish he would just give a stament or something. Someone make a move already
