  • Timothy Bradley gives interview:Talks end of cold war fights, Cotto/Martinez and more

    I like this quote:
    JENNA:
A guy who recently brought your name up was Keith Thurman. How do you think a fight between you and Keith Thurman would go?
    BRADLEY:
Keith Thurman is a very seasoned professional. He has some decent competition, nothing compared to what I’ve faced, but he still is a top guy out there that’s making a lot of noise in the 147lb division. He’s a tremendous fighter, he’s a smart fighter, he has a lot of power in both hands.
He’s a dangerous fighter and these are the types of fights that I get up for and I’m always looking for as a challenge. Me being one of the top 147lb fighters in the world, hey, I embrace anything with open arms, if it makes sense.

That would be a huge fight for the both of them.. The winner has to face someone for a belt at 147

Tim Bradley is the luckiest SOB in this sport. Ducks Khan for Top Rank, lands the Pac fight after the top options turn it down. Gets his ass whipped, gets the decision anyway. Could have been stopped in the 1st round against Prov and wasn't. Signs an extension with Top Rank, gets criticized because of all the fights he could have had by leaving, and the Cold War ends.

Dunno if he could even make 152

Canelo was a MW his past 2 fights..... although it's only a pound over

I'm not even sure he can do 154 anymore.
