There will be almost no clinches. Both guys are pure boxers who prefer to work at range.

The notion that Floyd is going to morph into a pressure fighter like Lamont Peterson or Andre Ward, close the distance and start working the inside is a far-fetched one, it's just not going to be a factor.

If by some outside chance he decides to adopt that gameplan, Hunter has schooled Khan to tie his opponent up to the point where he's being penalised for it. It's just not happening.

      This.

Khan Mayweather is much more intriguing; throw on another good fight and I'll buy it.

Who deserves it more. I know your response is probably neither. But how does someone with a glass chin who gets knocked down in almost all his fights deserve a shot at Mayweather. Garcia deserves a shot at mayweather. Khan does not.

        2. Manny Pacquiao

Herrera was landing that jab very well against Garcia. Mayweather has plenty of options to rip Garcia with. Garcia throws textbook punches nothing wild or weird where he can trouble Floyd. Mosely did countered Mayweather very well in their fight on the second round but the rest is history. Mayweather can choose to walk him down like Mosely / Ortiz , or straight up beat him up like Corrales/ Judah.

No, Garcia does not deserve a shot at floyd by dint of losing his last fight.

When you have a defensively responsible fighter moving forward, there is bound to be a lot of infighting, especially against Khan who is too much of a combination puncher for his own good. That clinching ain't gonna work against a fighter who knows how to fight in the clinches and has a notable short right uppercut to the body, Mayweather always seems to have that hand free. Khan rarely has shown the ability to consistently keep his opponent on the outside, that's only made to work against those that operate from distance, Malignaggi, Kotelnik and Collazo is that somehow a coincidence? I don't think so. Those fighters are one dimensional. Khan is not a difficult fighter to put hands on, especially after his pattern is found.

No thanks, I'd rather call bs on both of them. Is this really what floyd has been reduced to?
