This going to be a great fight, I got Rios stopping Chaves faster then Thurman did.

I'll take that bet. 10m points Rios doesn't KO him before the 10th.

i thought the Provodnikov fight didn't happen because they wanted to give Brandon a tune up, this isn't an easy fight, interesting choice

Should be a heck of a fight and I'm picking Chavez. The guy went 10 rounds with Thurman who's way more of a beast than Rios. It should be a good fight for Chavez to pick himself up with a win over Rios who's really known for beating Alvarado once and getting a whooping by Pacquiao. Good fight either way.

This. Chaves looked good against Thurman early on but he'll have to be prepared to dig deep in order to fend off Rios. There's a big difference between looking good in a loss and earning a victory against top competition. I think Chaves will give Rios a very tough fight but I'm not sure how good he is yet.

Chaves looks like a bigger, better version of Alvarado to me. That's just me. This isn't going to be pretty for Rios.

Yeah I agree Chaves is the better boxer but all I'm saying is he hasn't beaten anyone remotely close to legit so we can question whether his power can be enough to slow Rios down. If he can take his best punches Rios is walking him down all night and it becomes a battle of attrition.

Like I said I think Chaves has some good skills but this fight is going to show what type of fighter he is. It'll be a great fight no matter the outcome.

These Argentines have the 147lb division on lock.

Maidana,Chaves,Abregu and Matthyse moving up soon. Hopefully they don't duck these guys because their all explosive.
