It doesn't effect my opinion much. A fighter of Sergio's caliber should understand his limits, and whether or not to have accepted the fight. Once he steps into the ring i believe he is projecting his confidence in his body. However, if half way through round 1 he has a horrid knee injury or handicap, then it does stain the victory in my eyes. Now, is he 100%? Sergio is the only who knows the answer. Perhaps he isn't or perhaps the rumours were made as a fail safe by his own camp. Nothing is set in stone until the ring bells and the first punch is thrown...Comment

Southpaw vs conventional , usually you're worried about head clashes i cant remember fighters injuring themselves because of a knee clash. In any case theyre just messing with Martinez now and making themselves sound like fools while doing it. Whatever works i guess.Comment
