I like your GOAT rappers list. Kool G Rap is probably the most under appreciated rapper of all time. Tyler the Creator can flow too. His show actually has me laughing alot. But to your point, which is actually my point. If Cotto was done way back against margarito, then again against Manny, and way past it and a cherry pick against Floyd, does he really "have" anything left?

ill probably end up buying it. boxing is almost like an addiction for me lol.. i cant remember the last time i havent bought a ppv. i even technically paid to see canelo-angulo, but saw it in theatres. ticket was kinda ridiculous at $20 n i dont recommend anyone to see fights in the movie theater.. lol its very loud w/ people constantly talking and screaming throughout the entire thing and little kids running around everywhere

Do they serve alcohol at the theatre? I have no problem sneaking in something, but I need a 12 for a big fight and some cog-nac.

First Off Every fighter in there career loses, except for Floyd and he just had a tough battle. It's Boxing the sport where one punch can change everything.

Second it is a world tittle fight at MSG the mecca of boxing.

Third its to action fighters, with Latin roots. Weather it ends in the 4th 9th or 12th we are going to get an all out war.

4th Puerto Rican boxing history is trying to be made and even boxing history of some sort when a fighter is trying to win the lineal belt in 4 divisions.

5th 2 true professionals in the sport of boxing.

6th the doubts is Martinez 100% healthy, how is Miguel going to perform at this wieght.

7th At a time when fighter can't fight each other because of the Cold War 2 guys that can perform and box are matched up against each other.

Considering how most posters on this board go over board with their statements, I am truly curious about something. Since most of you said Cotto was done after the first Margarito fight, way past it when Manny whooped him, and considered a cherry pick for Floyd, how/why is this fight against Martinez something you guys are all excited for? The answer to your question is that most boxing fans only think in the moment and not long-term; nor are they history-oriented. Also most who post on this message board are very limited in their knowledge, but at the same time very biased.

Cotto was allegedly washed up after the first Margarito fight because the fans were thinking in the moment. People on this message board call everyone a bum when they lose, especially if they lose decisively (with the exception of Manny Pacquaio). Cotto was considered past it when he lost to Pac because they were thinking in the moment. The issue with Floyd had more to do with people's hatred of Floyd and not Cotto's skill level.

These rules apply to everyone as it relates to boxing (except Manny Pacquiao who never does anything wrong or is always a victim of some kind if he loses or performs poorly)
