His chances will look good if he beats Prescott, even better if he beats him cleanly and impressively.

I've never been too impressed by Garcia. And I don't know how I feel about a career JMW squeezing down to WW to challenge a career LW.

Robert actually has more fights at 147 then he does at 154. His last fight he weighed in at 146 that obviously shows that he doesnt struggle to make 147 furthermore shows that he is a TRUE WELTERWEIGHT

plus prescott is HUGE for lightweight and has been fighting at 140-146 for the last couple fights.

Prescott is getting beaten around that ring as usual, he's just a mediocre fighter with a moderate-heavy right hand that's not really hurt anyone other than Khan years ago.
