Im guessing to show that you are serious about it and that you will try to be a partner in the co-promotion and have more input into promotional items.

Dibella was just upset cause his co-promotion with TR was mainly TR. The promotion was being done around them and he didnt like it.

Years ago when i left to start my company i announced it. Not to this much fanfare but it was to get my name out there and that i was on my own now.

Thats why until i hear more i think this is the route he will go. This is what i would do and he is at the end of career so this is the next step
